I bumped into Jacques Gigue who is the French womens' Manager and he said France v England were playing on the Sunday. Jacques' son, Renaux, played for Les Catalans and had a trial with Halifax a few years ago but we didn't take him on - one that got away!
There was a nice piece in the French Rugby paper from the Toulouse coach saying we are the best team they have played (by a country mile) and that we should be the 15th SL team.
Dont know if anyone has seen it but a view about the game from the french here.
