No gripe at all, just making the point the worrincy is error prone and could potentially cost us a game at some stage. I think most of our fans agree that worrincy is a fantastic player on his day but could at any minute drop a clanger.
I criticised Paterson previously for putting the chip kick in which gave Sheffield the ball and ultimately cost us a bonus point. Paterson is a lot less likely to make mistakes than Worrincy however.

Is he as error prone as Penky? or Blacky? No just an easy target - Worrincy hasnt done anything wrong in a Fax shirt so far so what gives you the impression he will start to?

I've watched every game this season, as you may have, and worrincy makes more than his fair share of errors. Take the Widnes game at home (not sure if it's the league or cup) but with not very long to go Widnes kicked into our in goal, worrincy picked the ball up, went on a quality 50m run but then lost the ball in the tackle, that could have cost us the game, in a situation like that i'd rather have somebody make 10m and not lose the ball and invite pressure onto our line. Why do you think Worrincy was dropped for the Fev game and cas game? IMO because he's more likely than others to make a mistake.
Blacky and penky make errors, but they also win us games by themselves, Fev away is the perfect example of penky doing this.

I think if you look at the trys scored against us you'll see it is the opposite wing to Worrincy, wether he is playing or not. But I certainly don't want to complain about them, as a team they should all take responsibility for any try against us. As someone somewhere has made a mistake. That is human nature. AS I have said before we can all point a finger at a player we "don't" like, the proper thing to do is to give them all the encouragement we can to cut out the errors and make them feel apart of ,not only the team but the supporters aswel

Sheffield scored at least one try straight through worrincy on Sunday, not really his fault thoguh as he was left a bit exposed. It's not really his defence i have an issue with, IMO he's often likely to lose the ball when in possesion.
I certainly don't dislike Worrincy, as I've said he's a fantastic player on his day. The only reason I used Worrincy as an example in the first place is because Brew commented on Kevin Penny so I mention Worrincy as they are both wingers.
Totally agree that we should get behind players when they make a mistake, no point getting on players backs.

I wouldt knock anyone for making errors - i agree Blacky and Penky can win games like they have done - but i dont feel Worrincy is any more likely to make an error then any other player.

I don't have any stats to back it up, but for the number of times he touches the ball i suspect he loses it more than others. We'll have to agree to disagree!

Pretty much what you've said on this thread is what I've been getting at, I've only put my 2p in because you've explained my point better! But I'll leave it at that
