There's no need to explain thanks clubs will do what they think is best for them.
It just adds to the downside of going away.I enjoy my trips to the LSV but in going there
you know to be early get a ticket and have a pint in Wren,but don't want this to be a feature of every away day.At Wakey other week i missed kick off there were 4 gates
open but only 1 for cash paying adults other 3 were empty and there was about 80 in my queue,this clueless fascination for ticketing games which attract 20% capacity attendances is beyond me.

@gingdong - Is the parking "round the back" still available? Tbh, it's a pretty good place to park up, even if we need to enter the ground from the other side.

What's the problem?
You get there a little early and queue up for your ticket, you then go to the turnstile and produce your ticket and then you get in.
Scenario, a full paying adult turns up at the turnstile, gives over his £17 gets in, the turnstile operator puts £6 in his pocket and £11 in the till.
Many turnstiles do not differentiation between us old biddies and full payers.

How many ticket booths? If it's just one then don't bother trying to gloss over this abysmal policy. A thousand people queuing outside one ticket office will p155 people off. Still, who gives a rats ass about fans?

You get me wrong, no seriously you get me so wrong, im not trying to gloss anything over because\ personally I don't give a flying shiiiite if you attend or not, will not make 1 bit of diff to my life, im telling folk exactly as it is. When it was announced what the club were doing there was mass hysteria on fev social media outlets, people saying basically the same as you, the reality is you are no longer getting in the ground the q goes down very, very fast, there is 1 booth with 4 or 5 working in it, then there is no q at the turnstile your straight in

It did, you were right, and I parked round the back of the ground. Good place to park, and the very kind steward let us out of the gate at the end of the game just adjacent as well.

A bit of a "lively debate" behind the posts in the first half near to us, but it was only a difference of opinion. A pretty brave ginger haired Fev fan stayed in the top stand with us for the second half (with, I assume, his girlfriend). Not sure why he stayed there, but I hope he appreciated the applause as he left us!

All in all, just how a game of RL should go for the fans!

Btw, a bit of an oddity, but I swapped a £10 home adult ticket into the ground for... £10. Seemed a bit strange, but worth a punt - and I paid £10 instead of the normal £18. What's the crack with those £10 home tickets?

Lastly, 6pm on a Saturday? It clearly doesn't work!

He didnt stay there, he came and stood with the Fax fans in the first half. Seemed a bit pointless if you ask me and gave the impression of looking for trouble.
