Saw him ref the Keighley v Toulouse CC game recently.

I was dreading it when I saw who the ref was, but to be honest he did not have a bad game and let it flow very well, in fact it was a cracking game.

Who would be a referee, he has been condemed beofre a ball is kicked! (and rightly so! )

Useless slow blind git! He is so far behind play its ridiculous. He should never be allowed to Ref at this level

Can't blame Ronnie too much when your discipline is so shocking. Players have to take a lot of the blame. They need to stop whinging and moaning and concentrate on not committing offences and playing the game!

Mate he is useless. He is not keeping up with lay. Fax have been poor but this clown is ruining it and makes up decisions

I am not a fan of Ronnie and he was poor tonight but the blame has to go to the players too. Gannon and Penky in particular spent way too much time complaining/appealing to the ref and yet doing nothing to improve their own discipline. Fax just kept inviting Fev up the field over and over again with silly penalties. Its no wonder they scored 20 unanswered points.

The ref was poor tonight, at times he didnt seem to know what was going on. And he penalised both teams with bad decisions but, only one team reacted poorly and thats the team the 50/50 calls tend to go against. Refs are human, get on their wrong side and they will punish you.

Laughton is an idiot who is only reffing at this level & below because he just isn't good enough & never has been. He ruined yet another game tonight, such high tensions between these two clubs & their followers and the RFL send in the clowns, says it all really. His T/J's were equally as poor tonight, bad day at the office all round.
Those three should get losing pay after their performances.

If Fax had stuck to playing rugby instead of trying to Ref the game as well they would have won hands down. Gannon and Penky need to learn to shut up and play the game. If they do that they will walk that league in my opinion.
