The fact is though he is here to the end of the season, like it or not, so we should get behind him and hope that he has turned things around enough to get this team of players to where they should be. Honourable words but the guy is a clown and I wanted rid a long time ago....Personally I'd get rid or put him on gardening leave, he knows hes gone so why keep him in place now. Season could be over in 3-4 weeks if something doesn't change quickly... As it stands now, financially the club is on the brink.... So try do something positive to stop the rot and the crowds vanishing

As we apparently have no spare cash as we’ve spent it on coaches and players, the one advantage of loosing to South Leeds would be we could put the non paid winning bonuses towards RM’s payoff, although I’m told we have hardly any cash in bank to pay him off, so he would be on salary until end of his contract.

If he goes I suspect the BOD would appoint a couple of players as an interim measure whilst they find a cheap unemployed coach for the future.

Unless they get some money from somewhere I suspect RM is here until season ends.

It would make sense to push QLT to 6 and White at 7 and drop Murrell (never going to happen). At least at first receiver there will be a little more zip. Chapman- Smith to fullback. As for woodburn- hall, I really don't know what his best position is. Not big enough for centre but has decent hands. I think he has the makings of a good 6 put I don't think RM's he's ever played there. I don't want to objectify Murrell for our failings this year but I am getting increasingly frustrated that he gets away with being out of shape when he would be a yard quicker if she dropped a stone. Grix could play 6 also but I think he's so banged up.

I think White has to be given a chance.

Dropping Murrell in favour of White would be a disaster. I know he has only played a few games but he does not look up to this standard by some distance. Its no coincidence that when murrell plays well we play well but playing behind a beaten pack and without a good half back partner its no wonder he comes under so much flack when we are not doing well.

Woodburn Hall would make a good centre in a good attacking team but the problem is we are not a good attacking team and his defensive frailties get shown up no matter what position he plays in.

The problem Marshall faces is that he has no problem dropping younger squad members when they do not perform well( Chapman-Smith been a good example who was nowhere near our worst performer at York) yet dare not drop more senior players when they do not perform week in week out.

Hunslet must be worth a punt this week as it really would be no surprise if they beat us and the same goes for Rochdale.
