Don't get me wrong there a decent side, but we could not of made it any easier for them, worst display iv seen for some time. We were utter garbage I haven't seen as many walk out that early for years. The players let the club down for me, the stand volunteers and the regular fans who dragged there mates along did there bit. They owe us 1 big time

I reckon we will win by about 10 although if this game was played in summer on a dry pitch I would predict it to be by a lot more. Fev are not up to speed yet and there is always some drama going on behind the scenes, I do however expect them to get better as the season goes on and I reckon it will be them pushing us for 3rd place come the end of the season so not writing them off in the slightest I just think we are ahead of them at the moment. Sunday will be a decent marker of where both teams are though.

Doris Stokes loves his whisltle far too much. Will no doubt be wrestle mania. I think you write Fev off at your peril in normal league games. I reckon we haven't beaten them in the league for a while.We will have to create a lot more than we did v Leigh and Batley as Fev will score against us for sure. Too close to call this for me.

For the first time in years I think we go into Saturday's game as equals with Featherstone, perhaps even slight favourites. On previous occasions I've expected us to be bossed and apart from the odd occasion (particularly the big games

) that's what has happened.

Featherstone and ourselves are completely different beasts from past seasons. New coach, staff and players, they won't have any baggage surrounding this fixture. There's a distinct lack of aye ups, owd cocks and love from this forum which tells me that our friends from P O Road aren't quite as bullish as they have been in the past.

For me two evenly matched sides but I just get the feeling that we're a little bit more settled and our players are comfortable in how they are going about their business. I know we've only scored 2 tries in our last two outings but to be fair we've not seen those sort of conditions for years.

Hopefully we'll continue to improve, give it our best shot and come away with a victory. Fax by 8.
