TBF we have rather a lot of unproven unknown types in the squad. I wouldn’t have thought they’d be on huge money. Granted we have some that could probably get places for the lower placed SL sides but our “big” names like Kearney and Gale have gone.
Here’s looking forward to the return of a proper derby game.

With a salary cap of 1m this year I wouldnt think the Bulls would really be troubling that given they will probably have spent less than that this season. |

To spend the full 1 million they have to be generating x amount of cash. Are they??
Even at the Full cap, 1m for 30 players is only of an average of £33000 per player.
Im not sure how much a full time player is on. Is 33k a lot for a Full time player?. I know some pretty average players who were on double that in SL. Salary cap also includes bonus' and other stuff not just basic wage. Not sure if the coaches wages are included too. |

I wish folk would just forget about him as a coach at Halifax. The memories of him being a Halifax player are much preferable. I hope he manages to de-rail them like he did us, unfortunately, Lowes will prove to be a very good coach & i'm convinced they'll walk this division next season. The RFL still own Odsal as far as i'm aware, they will want to triumphantly accept them back into SL with open arms i think.
