I think people have very short or selective memories !
The kicking & fussing that Widnes's mr Stobart exhibited when they missed out on the SL licence last time around speaks volumes here, Widnes are the new RFL darlings don't ya know. |

Warrington would be far superior to playing at Widnes, I'd say. I do sympthasise with the sentiment of what is effectively a Yorkshire league having a Lancashire-based Grand Final, but there's not a lot can be done until a modern stadium with c15,000 capacity is built in West Yorkshire. |

The championship teams at all season on grass and then have to play there biggest match of the season on a pitch that doesn't have it should just leave it at Warrington

| Plenty of pubs in the Town Centre in Widnes and got the Crown,Jockey,Albion,Crickers,and Widnes Social club within less than a mile between them.Hey it might not be Fax in the final anyway, so wont concern yourselves.   |
