I am not sure it will make a blind bit of difference. I am still waiting for responses to e-mails sent to the RFL. I have written 2 or 3 times over the last year or so and I have never received a single response, not even an acknowledgement.

Well we have a solicitor on the board so i guess someone could speak to him for advice on anything the fans can do..........

If Michael and the board do just one thing please investigate the legality of this ruling and whether any appeal would have a chance. If we have a solicitor already on the board if should be relatively easy for somebody experienced in legal matters to make a broad assessment on the situation, and whether a legal challenge has any chance of success. I really feel that this absolutely our last chance to gain SL status and the club should fight this totally bizarre ruling.

I am sick to the stomach over this although to tell the truth I never expected to get in but this farce takes the biscuit.
I am furious with the RFL but I intend to work hard so that our club does not suffer over this. Why should we walk away from our club because the RFL are corrupt? Maybe the Clubs hands are tied but the fans are not I will not be puting any money into the RFL anymore unless it directly benifits my Club.
All Championship Clubs fans should get together and put statements out , encouraging all Championship fans should no longer buy any tickets to any Super League Grand Final or travel down to Crusaders.Expansionisam has failed again but it will not be long before the RFL will promote them again and expect our clubs to inflate their crowds.
Crusaders Directors have just made a statement that they withdrew their bid because the finance was unsustainable in Super League so more than likely we will have them back in the Championship . Well let`s not spend our money going there , lets hold a fundraiser for our own Club instead and why doesn`t somebody start talking to PROBIZ to see if he fancies financing another breakaway he may be up for it.

But I feel slightly better getting t off my chest!!

I have emailed the RFL with a polite and concise view on todays decision. From what i have written, i think they can take i am unhappy and will not be attending any further RFL events.

I have also sent an email, along with an email to Look North (at least they acknowledge receipt of the email). But I dont expect any response from either.

Clowns like Lewis and wood pay themselves 250k per and are stealing that money because they are killing the game. They say the licence system has strengthened the game yet more clubs are going to the wall than ever.I think it is time for the championship to break away take the challange cup with them and now sky have dumped us sort out our own TV deal

Following todays franchise announcement I thought I would share my views as I have heard you will be interviewing Nigel Wood on tonights show,

As a Halifax RLFC Supporter I am confused and upset at the RFL’s decision, as you would expect many of us are.

Can you ask Nigel simply how he expects Fans of clubs outside SL with aspirations of top flight rugby can find the motivation to continue spending their hard earned money following the sport, when quite clearly the Governing body of this great sport are willing to support clubs breaking ‘rules’ quite clearly set in the franchise guidelines, and award these clubs with a licence?

Baffling to me.
