i think he has already. with all the sposorship money probiz are putting into the game, fax, cas, world club championship plus his talk of widening the viewing audience to middle east nigel would have met him.
also think that with him pushing for fax for SL after all sponsorship he is doing it will enhance fax,s chances.
SL would not want to close the door on someone like him. the gap on widnes has become a bit closer for licence. |

I think Widnes will get the nod in March, and Fax could possibly get another berth in july.No guarantee for Castleford or Salford.Wakey are in administration soon, so they swap with Widnes.

Looking at todays news Wakey are near enough gone and even if they make it through these next few weeks (I hope they do as don't like any team in that situation) then they will no longer get a license. I wouldn't be surprised if the league was expanded though and both Fax and Widnes to be put up.

Unfortunatly I can't see Super League being expanded as it would probably mean all its clubs faciung a reduction in Sky funding and they have allready turned that down |
