too true, the only way that i believe that the club can now stop fans slowly drifting away from the shay is by the club standing up for themselves.

As per usual the RFL move in a murky world of clandestine meetings to make decisions without having to provide any justification for them. All the time with the threat hanging in the air that it is their competition and they can do what they want (even throwing out members that don't tow the party line.)

Steele will be asked to attend a meeting to discuss this and may also be able to point out several Nigel Wood sized wholes in the RFL's argument but at the end of the day Lewis and Wood will not change their mind and Steele will be sworn to some daft confidentiality agreement at the risk of punishment for his club.

Resign Lewis and Wood and let's have men with integrity take their place... Proper RL people who understand the fans of this sport and will act with in the best interest of the sport rather than their own ego's.
