Just like to point out that yesterday I pinched a video clip from the Widnes forum of Calland punching and knocking out a Distington player at the play the ball for no apparent reason (perhaps he said someting). This was whilst playing for Mayfield but not sure when, the player looked to be in a bad way.This video has been removed but Little Rich and various others have seen it and it look more like a case of common assault.
It reflects the rather different attitude our coach has compared with some others and the need for a bit more tact in the position he holds with our club!

why do people drag stuff up from the past,whats done is done just leave it,its what matt does now and f---shake the the guy as got us to 2 grand finals what more do people want, he made us in to champions end of,stop having ago at the guy and let him work his magic with the guys on the pitch and he will once again do the job he is very good at

Seriously get over it. I even heard someone on Suday say that the rugby they have watched the last 2 or 3 seasons has been dire.

I was one of Calland`s critics at the beginning of last season but am honest enough to hold my hand up and say what a good job him, his staff and the players did to win the Grand Final for us. He deserves massive amounts of respect for that. The incident shown looked no different from many incidents i have seen on rugby fields both amateur and proffesional and both while i have been watching or playing. Yes unfortunatley the guy looked in a bad way but anyone watching can see that something happened in the tackle with one of Callands teamates looking like he gets a shot in on the tackle and the guy stands up and thinks its Calland.

Some people really need to give it a rest. We have lost 1 game. If we lose tommorow then yes have a go as no one will be happy but i wouldnt hold your breath waiting for it to happen cause i have a feeling the players may just be up for it.

About the same time as Matt floored that guy i used to wear women's clothes. I don't any more though.
