I don't need to read your post above, my 35 year old ears might not be what they used to be but if it wasn't you that said it, then it was your mate that walked up the steps with you. Now as I don't know what you look like I can't confirm that it was you that said it was on the camera as the two of you walked up to the Batley group, but if you weren't the chap that said it, then the other lad did. In fact he was convinced it was there and he gave the impression to your group that he'd seen the pics on the camera, so while it might not have been you that said it, it certainly wasn't me making stuff up.

Well as i was the only so called Batley photo chap there i was assuming you meant me and as the other 4 photographers there are there every week i would have thought i was the only one you didnt know

I certainly didn't walk up any steps with "my mate" and the phantom 2 of us never "walked up to the Batley group"

Well that clears it up then, you may be the official Batley photo chap but you can't claim to be the only Batley photo chap as there was a second who had a friend, possibly unofficial but with enough of an interest in photographs of Batley to have taken a digital slr and zoom lens to the game and claim to have picture of young campbell making a balls up, now I'm willing to accept the afore mentioned chap wasn't you unless you are aged about mid to late 40's, and have slightly thinning dark brown/black shoulderish length curly hair, and were wearing a khaki fishermans utility vest/flak jacket of the type that a war zone photographer would wear in a hollywood movie. "Your mate", I would put about 35 with sandy coloured short hair and as they both knew the small group of Batley fans who did a bit of singing in the bottom right section of the south stand you can understand why I might mistake them for Batley photo chaps.

Yeh, he's right you know, i'm 19, 6ft 4 with long blonde flowing hair.

I was with the group who were discussing the photo, and know one of the 'phantom pair.' Neither of them was Shutterman, who was sat at pitchside with a far more impressive appendage than the aforementioned photographer.

In fact the photographer is from Halifax and works with his accomplice who is a Batley supporter.

Mr Shutterman, I hereby officially declare you not guilty of all charges!
