Shad's been the best player this year by a country mile. Hasn't had a bad game.

I have yet to watch a game Shad has played badly in. He is the most consistent player we have. I think people take his consistency a little for granted and he is often overlooked in the MOM awards because of it.

He has been a massive player for Fax and I will always sing his praises to anyone who'll listen.

I must say Rob deserves the most improved accolade and is showing belief in his own abilities and looks a far better player than last season, when his performances were hit and miss.

When Miles gets going again would you put Shad back in the centre?

Paterson is playing well but does need to carry the ball in his left hand when playing left wing, he might stand a chance of fending the tacklers then and not being bundled into touch!

Miles played himself into the full back position and fully deserves it, but I think he will only be a bit part player as he gets back to full fitness and it will be next season before it will become a headache for MC.
Shad was an effective centre last season when Miles was playing and I think Shad could just as easily fit in there again when needed. The only thing certain is that Shad deserves to be on the teamsheet somewhere.

Worrincy without a doubt. Black has definitely been better the past couple of games (nice to see he's staying off the alcohol, he's probably seeing just the one ball now rather than the two!). And Patterson ... I've never seen him score a long range try until Toulouse .... and then Keighley .... talk about the bus syndrome!

makes me laugh when 'fans' bag worrincey for running sideways, or 'crabbing'. 'Run forward worrincey' they shout. They then choose to ignore the fact that by going sideways and then forwards, he isolates a defender, hits the floor in a good position and dominates the tacklers, and wins a penalty or at least quick play the ball.

no point running straight if going to meet two tacklers, may as well run sideways whilst look for a gap to make at least a few yards then quick play the ball.

Just wish he could do it for longer spells.

when patterson came he was a scrony little e, he is now a man mountain and kicks goals for fun, and has pace to burn after the full length agains the french most improved by a country mile !!!
