Chances are if the ST allocation goes quickly you'll still be able to pick up tickets direct from the RL but I know what you mean, it would be nice to know what the ST limitation will be, I'll be wanting tickets for 3-4 adults and 2 kiddies myself.

Or why not buy a ticket for the 9s as you only have to upgrade it for the final and if we don`t get to the final we will be in the 9s anyway.

Also, lets say it's us and Barrow in the final. Do you really think (along with the nines) that we'll fill the stadium? There'll be plenty of re-allocated/unsold tickets coming to the clubs when the date nears.

Having been to the last few NRC finals in Blackpool I can assure you there'll be no problem in getting however many tickets you want. It won't matter which two teams get to the final, it won't be anywhere near a sell out.

It wasn't last year when Salford went, and they were getting much bigger home gates anyway

I would expect yourselves and Barrow to take a good 6,000 to a final at Bloomfield rd

The RFL will be hoping the clubs competeing in the 9 's to take a few hundred each

Well we aint shifted our couple of hundred tickets for the 9s yet, Dunno how other clubs are doing but the take up doesnt look to be massive.

Im not sure what the Woodlands Ground capacity is, but the most they've ever had in there in recent years is 5000.

Ant that would leave just short of 4000 spare seats.

Ive thought about booking a hotel or B&B and making a weekend of it in Blackpool (whether we're there or not) and thought about going to the 9s, but tbh I'd rater go the pleasure beach, not sure how bothered about the 9s the players will be anyway

I have no interest in the nines so will only get a ticket if we make the NRC final. Looks like another Nigel idea that's rubbish!!

Clubs at the top of Championship 1 who are pushing for promotion wont want to risk it

In The Championship the gap between play offs and relegation is only 2 clubs so doubt any of those will be too chuffed about it

Skolars and Gateshead will have to stay overnight just incase they make the final so that is a cost to them

These type of competitions are okay as a pre season , but since the move to summer who would risk several matches at one venue in Jan/Feb , and who would want to spend several hours watching matches freezing their whatsits off

It will be interesting to see how it goes and what quality of teams clubs send

But it comes across as an afterthought to apease fans of clubs who are just fed up and bored of little or no help from the RFL

The ' free ' TV deal that isn't working or liked by clubs or fans

The no more promotion , which just agravates the bigger Championship clubs with decent fan bases

Toulouse , who we are all suspicious of and are doing nothing except helping Ryanair and BMI Baby make a profit this year

What we do want is some serious help with marketing to get the people of the towns where we play to come down to our grounds and increase our incomes so that increasingly fed up owners/BODs dont have to dip as deep into their pockets as they do at the present

So doubt I'll be there

If we lose to Widnes, I can't see our fans being interested in the "B" competition (the 9's), and we'll send a fairly weak team (who will no doubt try their hearts out).

NRC Final for us and I'll be there (I'll even get there in time for the 9's warm up!), otherwise it's a beer in front of the TV...

i'll be only going to blackpool if halifax are fortunate enough to get to the final.
Its the weekend before we set off to the south of france to see fax

I'm in the boat, rather go to France and we're not paying for both if we don't have to.
