By gum, these Leigh fans don't half witter. They're worse than a gaggle of Aberdeen fish wives at an Ann Summers party. Enjoy it whilst ot lasts lads and remember what goes around comes around, it has this season already. Fax will be back and maybe sooner than you think.

A'lifax , Halifaxjohn , and Mester Cairoli , please read the posts that I put on more clearly, I never said that Halifax were the scum of the Earth, what I actually said was that they were the scum of Rugby League, not quite the same thing is it, and I didn't mean the fans who I chatted with amicably in April at the Shay, I meant the Team and in particular Manning, that Man is a thug plain and simple ,and should never be allowed on a Rugby League field again in my opinion ,if Harrison has instructed Him and Fatty Tonks to play that way then he is also guilty, the biggest culprit was of course the useless ref who quite clearly intended Halifax to be his favourites, just like he did at the shay earlier, He and his linesmen aren't fit to referee an under 7s match get em banned.

Alifax , thank you for your reply ,very few people would describe my thoughts as Thoughtful , Articulate , or Balanced , even some Leigh fans think im Pi88ock ,but I do have my own views and NEVER hold back with them , its just that I don't believe in Swearing or insults there is no point , I try to see the game and opinions from both sides .

"bitter OLD fool"? He comes across to me as a very YOUNG fool as he shows a total lack of maturity with his comments. This is RL, a full contact sport, and if you seriously believe that Dane Manning set out to put Barlow in hospital or that none of your players have never made a tackle in the heat of the moment which went wrong and which they later regretted then you are totally stupid.

As a follow on having looked at the build up and the coaches let's look at the players and both games again.

It has been said that Fax wound Sam Barlow up and got him to bite at the Shay, thing is he had already been wound up to do a job before he came on.

Sam was introduced from the bench during the first half to put some biff and bash into the game and following his coaches instructions his immediate contribution was to give a penalty away.

A number of follow on incidents involving others and him took place on the pitch, including a bit of afters near the half way line with Sam and Dane Manning.

Eventually he got the red card, on leaving the field after he had been sent off he head butted Gareth Potts and had words and a bump with Lee Greenwood who had come onto the pitch with water during the stoppage, on leaving the field he had to be escorted down the tunnel by the match commissioner.

I have no problem with the shrewd coaching that turned the game or even with Sam, it's who he is but if Dane Manning is the scum of Rugby League then by the same scale Sam is right up there with him.

If KH is a disgrace and should be banned from the game then Paul Rowley should be as well.

Anyway we need to look at Sunday, that's what the clubs will be doing.
