I also agree that Robbo is probably lucky to get another year. Despite this, he's had lots of injuries over the past couple of seasons. Lets hope he gets a good pre-season in injury free and shows us what he's capable of.

Mr Bates I must say I'm a little disappointed in our recruitment for next year I expected a couple of big name players coming on board ,I do have faith in RM judgement but our star signing Grix has not played for nearly a year and has something to prove ,when I made the bet with Mr Caroli I thought we may have spent a bit more of the central funding cash on players but I stand by my bet ,Leigh obviously will again be up there but so will we.UTFAX.

Well I'm obviously wishing you good luck in your bet and I would also have like to seen a bit more of a splash in the transfers but RM obviously feels he has what he needs. We've signed support for our half backs which we needed and speed on the wing, our forwards were brilliant last year and if they can reproduce that form then I am sure we will have a good season.

Tezzer. RM commented on the option of going out and spending on bigger name players fairly soon after the 8's ended and ruled it out choosing to go down to another path.
This included setting up a reserve side, getting better training equipment and better nutrition.
It will be interesting to see how it pans out over next year.

I am fully supportive of RM policy on spending on potential rather than splashing cash on super league players. I personally think we've spent wisely and strengthened in the areas we needed. Have faith in RM.
