We make plenty of mistakes - no doubt about that. The two teams tonight are having an off day - both can play much better. Thursday's have thrown up some really good matches on Championship Sky - so there's bound to be the odd one that's below par. I think they'll both up their game in the second half.

I agree but even when we are having a poor game we do score some great tries and the class comes through. Just dont see it tonight

A thoroughly entertaining game in the end, but it was obvious both teams lacked quality. When we played Fev, Harris made them tick ... they badly missed him tonight. And Leigh rely far too heavily on Watson. As for Mick Nanyn ..... strong bastad who will always take some stopping but his defence is woeful ... couldn't be bothered bending his back for those last 2 Fev tries. Interesting to see Fev seemed to attack his flank most frequent.

If, and I emphasise the word IF, we are sufficiently pumped up for the NRC game, Leigh shouldn't cause us too much trouble. But take them lightly and they've a sufficient enough sting in the tail to do us a Sheffield.

I find myself agreeing with you yet again Tony Fax. You are so right.

Things are bad at Leigh when you have to play a winger/full back @ stand off. Donlan is a good player in those positions, but as a 6, he's litterally just making up the numbers. Everything goes through Watto.

If we come back from our bye with the game speed we played at prior to the last 2 games then we will be too big & strong for Leigh in the NRC.

Some of you lot are so far up you own A***S at the moment!!! Leigh are a young side at the moment and learning.I.E 3 years without promotion.Come down off you high horses as i feel sometime soon you will be knocked off it.

Both teams where not brilliant tonight but some entertaining rugby.Agreed alot to learn but give it time and leigh will give alot of teams a run for their money.

A lot of the young Leigh players will go on to better things it just wont be with Leigh. All they are doing is giving them match experience for when SL teams or top end Championship teams ie. Fax, Barrow, Fev come in for them.
Quite funny that there is a thread on the Leigh board saying how far they have fallen losing to Fev. Have they really though its probably more a case of Leigh standing still and Fev overtaking them. Now ask again when reading something like that thread whos up whos .
