If we finally put an 80 minute performance together there is no reason why we can't take the points here. We need to keep Joe Mellor quiet as he seems integral to Leighs plans. We have enough fire power of our own though to take the game by 10. Up The Fax❗

Noticed Cole Oakley has gone on loan to dewsbury for two weeks to give him some game time. I wonder if we will be using anyone from our duel reg partnership with Huddersfield, personally I can’t see roberts has he’s played well for Huddersfield recently. I’d like to see Sam Hewitt come in and play centre with arundal marking macdonald , i prefer barber in the second row as his offload and subsequent 2nd phase is dangerous. Hopefully woodburn hall or jouffret can be fit for fb to add to the attacking dynamism. I didn’t expect Bradford to push Leigh has close as they did and I don’t think we can take much from that game has the pitch and style of play are different.

I think it will be a very close game ,we should be at full strength, including Inu on the wing ,and have McDonnell in from Wigan , hopefully Hitchcox will be back fit , our game against Newcastle was very scrappy , and I felt Bradford did well , although Leigh were a bit disappointing.
Meaning 2 disappointing games on the trot ,Lammy has said we are buzzing for this Fax game ,and with our backs and forwards , linking together by Reynolds and Mellor , I’m going for a Leigh win by 12, our bench has been strong this season,and full time fitness seems to be another factor .

James Bell called up on dual reg from St Helens by Leigh along with McDonnell on loan from Wigan.

Well the James Bell news doesn’t surprise me , I spoke to him in a local park last week , he hasn’t featured for Saints this season , and said he would jump at the chance to return to the LSV to get some game play .McDonnell is a young big guy , who runs hard at the line .

Both Sam Hewitt and Elliot Morris named in the Huddersfield reserves to play Sunday so they won’t feature for fax . Seems Morris is not the flavour of the month at the moment.

It's rubbish Ian and partly responsible for fans turning their backs on the game. We might as well just put all 'fringe' players in a pool and let cubs take their pick of them each week.

Morning surely you are only “at full strength “ because you will have a DR and a Loan player playing. Doesn’t that mean your squad is not at full strength.

Good Afternoon Faxlore , it was mentioned before the season started that we are a bit light in numbers , having only a small squad , Derek and Lammy are still on the look out for potential signings , so even though we are at full strength we are low in squad numbers , which is why we are taking DR players .
James Bell was a very valued team member last season , one of our consistent good players , I’m really happy he’s got the chance to return , he still lives in Leigh and is looking forward to Monday Night .I would have liked Dan Norman to return but he’s in Saints squad this week end .
I haven’t seen the announced squad for the Fax game , I was just assuming we have no injury problems ,should be a good game , and Fax are apparently doing a great job promoting the event .
