| All big games now and we need to get behind the lads for the run in. We don't want a repeat of the Dewsbury fixture, a draw after a good away win, but we've got the momentum and hopefully we should be able to take the two points again. I'll go for Fax 36v16 Bulldogs. Up The Fax! The Three Hulats, Chapel Allerton, Leeds. Leeds Brewery Two Halves 4 2% Mmm!

| Be interesting to see the batley team remember they had a host out injured last time we played them . Expect a sterner test but at least it's without the hill to take account of.

| Looks like same team again for Batley apart from Jones for Mahar as no DR/loan players feature.Bet that Wigan lad's wondering why he bothered coming here...Dane Manning back in Batley squad.

| Kieran Moss is a loan player and in the squad, but agree that it's odd that Macauley Davies doesn't feature in the 19.

He was down to play in this weeks reserve game that was cancelled.
RM did say he wanted him to have a run out with them first, no doubt if they can get a reserve game and he shows up he will get a start or a bench place at some point.
For now he must just be sticking with who he knows.

| he's a second row so who are you dropping?
he's here to add competition for places and by the looks of things he's more long term than the initial loan suggests (should he prove his worth in training etc). Would assume he'll feature against barrow if anything in order to give Grady a rest before the 3 grand finals.

| That's the point, I don't think it's a case of "dropping" anyone. Despite winning at a canter, we looked pretty shot at the end of the Swinton game, which may have been a knock-on effect of the effort at Leigh the week before? It's just a case of rotating some players when they're not fully fit and/or feeling the effects of the previous encounter. If and when we have suitable players available of course.

| Sion Jones needs to get some game time and he’s done well every time he’s played and would be ahead of Davies at this point in time imho.
Maybe see SJ in the final 17 and possibly JWH for Barber to keep the squad rotating without risking much?

..and that's the problem RM has. We defo need to win the next two games and go into the Featherstone game on 27 points.

Marshall does seem to have an obsession with back rowers. As Jones is finding out you have to be pretty good to get a starting place in our pack.

Yep, and it doesn’t help anyone especially the coach and players with the state of the reserve set up.
How some of these lads remain motivated, fit and ready to play beats me and that’s another problem within the many now within the game.
