Eh? So what's the point of a season long loan when it can effectly be "cancelled"?

How's he been doing ? Apparently Mitch Clark has been killing it for fev though he was dour on Saturday and he's only on month to month loan. I agree it seems mental we can just recall a guy on season long loan. Bradford wouldn't let us take Jy Hitchcox back any earlier. Wonder if you'll have James Green as a thank you for release big will.

So the Loan Club can do what they want after 28 Days.Championship treated with utter Contempt again

It's up the the club who loans out the player to insert a recall clause after the first month, even with season loans.if Championship clubs aren't happy with it don't sign said player. Laithwaite and Butler-Fleming are at Bulls and York on season loans with no recall.

Not exactly blown us away, but a solid settled team member. This dual reg with Cas isn't running smoothly at all. The only "super league class" contribution so far was Alex Foster in the first game at Fev, even though James Green has run hard in a couple of games.

Of the others, Hitchcox and Clare seemed uninterested and just stayed on the wing, and Springer (to say he's such a big lad) didn't run hard at all and added nothing. Ironically the best quality loanee (apart from Foster) has been Dan Murray who didn't even come from Cas.

If I understand it correctly apart from the first twenty eight days there is very little difference to D R.
From more learned people:
When a player is on season loan who picks up the wage tab, is it the loanee club or the loaner club. I suspect the loaner club since they have the recall option, and who does the player train with?

Not really we all know and accept how loans work.No great loss anyway and if we can't recruit it's not stifling Sion Jones development as much.

That's what happens with Loans, we all know this/knew this could happen. Maher has impressed for me, sound defensively and regularly takes 3/4 men to put him down. Makes a minimum of 10 metres every carry and he's improved over the last month.

Hopefully we get Green, who also has impressed when he has played for us. Springer also did a good job, even if he didn't bust every tackle against Leigh, he certainly drew and attracted many defenders. I do wonder what some watch during games.

Can't disagree with that MB and Maher put in some big minutes lately when he was on.

It will be interesting how he goes for Cas if he does get a start, he's match fit, on form and done well in the Championship so he's in as good a position to step up to the challenge of SL as he'll get, can he do it??.
May well play a part in his longer term future.

The answer to the last question is.
Some watch for the next thing to moan about whether or not there's any substance to it.

As Jangles says, it will give Sion Jones who has also impressed further chances and of course Adam to get more up to speed.
