Seems a weird set-up... Working in the wire coaching team AND playing for a different team.

If his injuries are all cleared up then he'd be a revelation playing for us in the championship.

I'd heard that he was joining us and thought he was the announcement last week. I think a few things will come out in the next few weeks as the season draws to a close. I agree that he could be a star in the championship playing part time.

I'd imagine with us training in the evening and not too far to travel, it's a possibility. Then again, it could just be wishful thinking!

I don`t think I would want to leave Warrington with a benifit year approaching I think he deserves to reap the rewards for that before he moves elsewhere .

Simon does say in the article that his playing time at Wire is over but he will be playing on and is considering his options. If that means coming to us and working another job during the day then I say bring him to Fax. All our other players have another job !
