Im from hull and have watched him play a lot both for west hull and also KR 19's,reading some good feed back about him so far for Halifax,
interested in any opinions of how he is playing for you guys,think he has great potential,great hands and kicking game,also first class goalkicker

You can see his inexperience in places, as picks the wrong option, but he appears to be physically and technically there as you would expect. Haven't had chance to see him at halfback, but looked the part at hooker.

The wrong option The NAT mentioned is correct but probably down to just having a couple of starts and not knowing the plays, it will come if he's here long enough.

First game in the warm up he looked as out of place as the typical guy the first day on the beach having just arrived to somewhere sunny, everyone had a tan and he was the milky bar kid.

see the lad went well today 2 tries against quality opposition,getting better week by week just needs game time which Chester seemed reluctant to give him,big step up but if you dont try you dont know,long may it continue

Yep, looked good today, playing in a team that are firing so makes his job a bit easier. Not a lover of DR as it could scupper us in the next few weeks, Cox looked decent as well.

Like seeing us finishing 6th or 7th because we ran out of players until we can get a more permanent fix.

Or not seeing that the problem is, without the temporary fix there won't be a permanent one.

I think I'll trust them, well done all the management at the club.

I am no lover of DR, in fact I have spoken against it and how it is a way that the RFL is trying to run a second team on the cheap and trying to establish an Australian style feeder club system.

That said, however, I do believe in a fair and level playing field and if other teams around us are using DR it would put us at a huge disadvantage if we didn't. As it happens RM has used this as a last resort and seems to have been able to use it to our advantage instead of the superleague clubs advantage. Who knows, if we finish this season in 3rd or 4th we might have sufficient funds to have a bigger squad next season thereby not having to rely on DR.

I think 99.9% would agree here-and we know who the .1% is !!

Is there an inevitable danger in this middle that precludes the fair use of DR? What happens if and when we play Hull KR?
