Couple of things for mine:
1) Who will the council sell it to now, if they can? How will they fund the running costs if they don't sell? (Obviously us paying our rent will help!)
2) Will it end Reactiv's intetest in Fax?
Second place becomes more important...

Well if his Postcode Lottery numbers do come in I'm sure his offer will receive the same response from Fax fans as Reactiv's.
Personally I wasn't sure of how it would gave panned out, being a Fax fan one is always a pessimist, but I was prepared to give it a go, a big shame as I can't see anybody wanting to take it on at over 2 million quid. |

Very likely it will rot and when it does the value will go down but maintenance cost will go up as will the pressure on CMBC to find a solution.
