Seriously though, the original concept of DR was to give younger SL players higher level game exposure but too many clubs have abused the system and constantly teken the p**s!

It's about time the RFL knocked it on the head.

Surely they can't continue with it next year. You could end up with 2 DR partners in the middle 8 and players constantly looking down at their shirts during games to remind themselves who they are playing for.

Is this the same Fev who don't agree with DR? Or does that only apply when you have faith in your coach?

Fev have gone down the dual reg Rd and without wanting to start up the old thread which was done to death,if that's what they want then that's ok by me.

Spot on, I quite agree, just wish I knew how we as fans can influence Red Hall to get rid of DR.

Having supported a club whose owners took us into DR/Twinning I can confirm it rips the guts out of you. You love your club so try to defend the actions as essential whilst your gut tells you it stinks and you feel morally abused.

Thank God those owners went and the new ones soon ended the agreement

If they want to go down that route, so be it. But I cant help thinking what the rest of the Rovers squad are thinking !!! Can not be good for moral.
