I'm just being nosey but what is the lastest state of play with regards to the sale of The Shay? Is it actually for sale? Has someone put a bid in and has it been accepted?

Please see the thread Entitled Big Mistake, 16 pages on there with regards to the sale of the shay, Tony abbott still going about his business and trying to buy it.

Football fans crying constantly that "its not fair" etc and throwing their teddies out of the pram. It will be a long drawn out affair and ultimatly is only a matter of time before a new owner takes over, in whatever guise that turns out to be as the council cannot afford to have this assett bleeding them dry with upkeep costs for a stadium that very few of the community visit ( if any even have ).
