Good to see we had a very similar side out today after the Batley game and we looked like we knew each other on the field for once. Awesome goal line D in first half.-26 tackles onthe trot. Penalty count killed us and we need to nail that discipline. Good feeling to be singing in the rain though!
3rd spot in our hands now after tonights results (Ben Black scoring a last minute try for Batley to kill off a Leigh win)
Just need Fev and Sheffield to batter each other next week and get loads of injuries at the wrong time of the season!

Thought the lads defended very well tonight. Few tweaks ball in hand and we are not far off.

Agreed UC, enthusiasm in defence which has been missing for several weeks (maybe months). Bodes well for the play offs.

Handforth decent again at half back, but he's still far better for us at hooker. Hopefully Thackeray is back next week so he can move back there!

Bloemy did well apart from disallowing what would have been tyrer's hatrick try. Great defence to keep them out for 25 consecutive tackles

Sorry to be picky but Handforth had a poor game he got caught with the ball loads of times, too slow. Good team effort we put the tackles in and again why are we offside so much when our opponents aren't?

We were singing in the rain at the end, I got soaked but who cares when you win it feels oh so better.
