We have been given £450,000 to upgrade certain areas ahead of our two world cup games, some of work has already taken place while some will be completed during the summer. Once everything is completed we will have new scoreboard, improved media nd drug testing facilities, turnstiles, car park repaved, new grandstand roof, new grandstand seats, new popularside roof, and most important new pitch drainage system

Last time that I went to worky on coach we got there 2 hours before kick of .ground hadn't opened and Workington was shut lol. Walked through door of a pub to be told sorry we are shut

There are 2 pubs near the ground now, the working mens club round the corner, which is good craic, and also the railway club which is opposite the train station.
