I'm confused, I thought he had signed a new deal a few months back? He is saying on Twitter that he has enjoyed his 3 years at the club and onto new pastures. A few players are wishing him all the best for the future. Have we released him and does anyone know where he is going?

Yep he's been released along with Haley aziue & hesketh

Whitey and Haley are being linked with Keighley and Hesketh has allready signed for them.

So has Haley , and I think aziue is of to batley

Did he not sign a new contract then?

I'll be upset if we haven't signed Aizue & he goes to another championhip club. Can be a game changer & he always puts in 100%

Whitey deserved to be backed by Harrison after a great season last year.

White, Haley and Hesketh confirmed signed at Keighley.

Whitey does not fit the KH model of big players who 'smash' people, I too would have White in over Rettie any day, Rettie just runs into players not round them, White has some pace whch we need but like I say he does not fit the Karl type player sadly.

Sad to see Whitey go. Will hold fond memories of him from the "Calland Era" where him, Worrincy and Shad use to power out of the acting half for us at the start of sets.

I'm still not sure with Rettie, big fan at the start of the season but I agree that he's never looked truly threatening in attack. Just out of curiosity, what are our wingers like in the reserves? Any that could make the move up or do we need to bring one in?

Only thing I remember of Rettie this season is his sending off at Batley, poor season for him.
