Well done to the Bulls for playing Shad tonight. Watching him play, it has taken the coaching team most of the season, but they have finally achieved their aim. They have removed all the skill and flair he had and made him into a Bulls standard player.

Hope Pia can make him good again.

Shad got through some tackles early but in fairness so did most of the bulls team.

I hope he does well at Pia, i think shads a fantastic player.

Bang on there. Super League removes the flair from players and turns them into lifeless automotons. Now and again a rebel will break free and rise against the machines. Sam Tomkins is one such rebel.

Whilst Fax's snub from SL was largely disappointing, there's a part of me that's slightly relieved.

Results such as this one and quite a few recent ones in SL prove that there's the safety net of no relegation. The announcement of licences in July has just eased some players & coaches into the"oh well, I won't even be playing for this lot next season". What a load of rubbish this franchising has turned out to be, York made Halifax look poor on thursday night, any coincidence that they were fighting for their lives in the championship ?

Yep its a real shame for Shad.

Still there top try scorer tho and he must have missed about ten games this season.

I had £5 on him at 20/1 to be top Bulls try scorer ,but I think Ar Van or Lynch will just nick it?

Should have played far more games for the Bulls. Maybe not at FB, but much better than the likes of Platt.

I think I am the only person in the country who hasn't got Sky!

BUT, if Super League is so boring, why does Sky want to show it next year at the expence of the Championship?

I will be cancelling my Sky Sports as soon as Fax's campaign is over. I rarely watch Super League and Premier League footy doesn't interest me as much these days. £22.50 per month saved. Will spend it all on my wife - flowers and books and vouchers and such things. I am a wonderful husband.
