| Right ok so I know the rugby isn't much fun at the moment and its looknig like our season may go to waste but I have a few points I would like to make as us as fans
Firstly can we stop all this bickering and swearing at one another on here and in the ground? I heard people in the ground tonight shouting and swearing at one another and the same seems to be happening on here. I know we are all frustrated but who is that going to help? I have seen some of our adult fans acting worse than kids. Also the same applies on here, how many posts have I seen TS has had to edit? Come on its not going to help if we don't stick together now is it. Lets just accept we don't all have to agree but people don't have to be abusive to one another. From my perspective some of the views on here have been rather dramatic and over the top.
Secondly having a go at the board and Martin Hall. Who is this going to help? If any one of you was on that board and new all the facts and looking at the bigger picture Calland would still be here leading upto last nights game. I'm not saying he doesn't deserve to go but the board have a lot to consider before calling him in, like money and who is going to replace him. I'm sure both have been discussed by the board and the board would not be doing their job if they didn't try and line someone up before getting rid of Calland. Also on the Martin Hall front i heard somone last night shouting he needed to go and then asked what he does-well thats just laughable....for anyone who doesn't know HES NOT THE COACH!
One last thing, the team last night were beaten by a very good Fev side so well done to them, the 2nd half was poor but the first half much more positive and I actually felt a little sorry for the players when I left last night because I felt you could tell they wanted to come over to the fans, had put in a lot more effort and then got booed....my question to us fans would be if the main view on here is to get rid of Calland don't us fans need to stick together with the players?

| I agree with your sentiments, faxfan. We have now reached the passionate split camp debate stage about the coach, just as we had with Faz, and TA before, and Steve Linnane before that. And when that happens, there's usually only one outcome. We've got to give Calland a chance to reverse this bad patch ..... show me a coach in any sport who has never gone through a bad run. This time last year we were hailing him as the brightest coach we've had for years, and top quality players like Gleeson wanted to stay at the club, a glowing endorsement of Calland's leadership abilities. God only knows why the wheels have fallen off so badly, but let's at least do our duty as supporters and get behind the lads, starting with Toulouse on Monday.

| Calland wont go or be sacked, I'd be shocked if he does so I'm not bothering about it tbh. I'm just hoping by some miracle things change, though we have the 2nd worst defence in the league already and our points for is shocing too, doesnt look good but see what happens Monday and Thursday.

I tend to agree with most of what you say, with the exception of your last paragraph. We lost last night due to an un-spirited second half performance, poor decision making going forward, bad passing, dropped balls and no coordination in defence.
That said, we have to put our faith in the board, after all they have got us where we are today and I trust them to take us further.

| Great post mate.Calland got your team to the grand final and all teams have blips.Lose a few games and all doom and gloom. You played leigh and fev who are on form, and they have no injuries.Fax got injuries so stick by your coach.

| there are a few things that the fans may or may not have done that might be abit over the top.
on the pitch, it was the same last season, it was a case that if we conceded 30 points we would score 40.
the defence wasnt that good last season, we just had enough in attack to out score the opposition.
40 points a game for the last 3, we haver conceded more than 20 points in every league game this season, that needs to change.
you do wonder what gets said between games and what work gets done to tighten up the defence.
the game against leigh though, fans leaving early. the way i see it, fans leaving early should never happen. you are going to get a hammering at some stage, i for one would never leave a game early even if we were losing 100-0. hey thats just me though

| The negative stuff is boring for us moaners too
We want the buzz back, we want something fresh, well keep cheering the side on as they enter the field of play, if they score we cheer, if they win we cheer, if they try but fail well applaud their efforts.
Sadly over the past several months of action things have deteriorated, we all want to get back to good times, but alas its not to be. I shall hope that very soon the club can announce something to once again to give us a fresh perspective on our team and we can once again start moaning about referees instead
As a paying customer and passionate supporter though i shall continue to let the players and board know when i think the product has been rubbish. Hard luck can only be used so many times, and sometimes our results and anger is justified. Getting beaten isn't the issue nor is patience.

| Fax wont get shut, and besides my beloved Rhinos have not been too happy with Mr Mclennan Recently, and lets face it, they will probably win super league for the 4th time at the end of the season.
At least for the time being its wiped the smugness from the Fax 'we will win everything' fans.
It will bounce back with Toulose and then Keighley, where Fax can show what they can do in attack.
Keep smiling.

Yeah whilst I appreciate the 2nd half was poor I simply meant that wasn't the only reason we lost, Fev were the better side and had the downhill advantage which we didn't manage to take advantage of in the first half.
Also I agree people should voice there opinions...i voice mine too! Just get a bit tired of the abuse us fans give each other when we all want the same thing!
As for the getting behind our team when we score which someone else mentioned do we though?? Leigh fans sung the whole game last week....i can't remember a game when we got behind oiur team like that? Theres a few that sing every week but even they have been quiet recently. Do we have boring fans that only make noise when the want to moan? We all play our part in winning games!

| Face facts Calland will not be sacked between now and monday. I doubt very much that Toulouse will beat you at home, they are pretty poor. That will give a reprieve to Calland, followed by a comfortable home thrashing of Keighley who are very poor at this level. This followed by a thrashing of Swinton in the cup, then Whitehaven and Dewsbury at Home - both pretty comfortable wins im sure. All of a sudden you have won 5 on the bounce and Calland is safe for another season.......

We had 40+ put past us by Hunslet so Toulouse and Keighley wont be easy (but should be!)
As for Swinton (a) who knows!
one thing is for sure if we dont get 5 wins on the bounce we will be relegation material as the next 3 league home games have to be bankers cos the rest wont be!

| I would have loved to hear Callards team talk at HT?
I was hopeful of at least bonus point and a improvment performance from last weekend.Things looked good going into the break just 8-0 down and abit more fight.
But that 2nd half was poor one man rugby for the whole 40mins and Ben Blacks kicing was awful.
Maybe Callard gave the lads a few Scrumpy Jacks to celebrate at HT for a improved performance ?cos when I went for a can they had sold out.
