Obviously not having Penky and BB is a blow but thats the point of a squad, we have three other players who can just as effectively cover hooker and if Govin is fit we have him, young Bowman, beswick and even Barker to shuffle the half backs. Didnt Smithy have a few games at stand off last year? Which could free up other players for scrum half....plenty of options me thinks!! |

This to me is a major blow I think any team that misses 2 of their strike players is going to suffer. Hopefully we will still have enough to beat Gateshead.
