Can't see why not as there are no other games at Shay that weekend.

As there will be little or no away following I dont see why it would need to be at the Shay. I would have thought Siddal would prefer home advantage without the additional expense of using the Shay.

Why when a lot of fax fans will be watching this. Maybe non of your pub team fans but a lot of rugby fans plus local clubs will be wanting to watch this

A bumper crowd on their own turf.... all secondary income going directly to the club...

Like it s been said lots of interest in this local teams coming for a look, media putting Siddal into more national exposure, , but the Shay hallowed turf? . Keep them at Chevin Edge, proper home advantage, rugby league fans will always pay even if it is a voluntary.bucket collection.

Id imagine they would want to keep it at home as playing on the Shay pitch they would be lambs to the slaughter. It will be a big score anyway but on an open wide football pitch you would be in to cricket score realms.
