I can't see beyond a Wakey win, but hoping for a good performance to compete for most of the match and, who knows, with the rub of the green ??

Well I think we can win this, we pushed them for a large chunk of the cup game and we are a much better side now, won't be easy but Fax by 8 after an arm wrestle.

I think you can win this game as Widnes played in 2nd gear and still thrashed them. We took several key players off with 20 mins to go in the game. If you play like you can i am sure a result is possible.

I think Wakefield will pull away in the final quarter and be too strong for you. So I'm going Wakefield 36 -12 Halifax. Although I anticipate an enjoyable match.

over the last 3 games, we're averaging 30pts a game compared with just 13 for Wakey. Plus, their off field issues could make them disjointed and lacking spirit.

Still, I feel like last week was our grand final, it'll be tough to get up for this game after the emotional high.

A very hard game, and I am sure Fax will be up for it, injuries?
If we have good squad to pick from I'm going for a Fax win.
Whatever the result it will be a great evening, one that we didn't think possible very early on this season.

Fax have showed through the season that they are a very fit side for part-timers. This has improved even more since we played Wakey in the cup, and I think they'll come unstuck if they think they can undo us in the last quarter.

Wakey defo favourites going into the game, but if we can repeat the performance from last weekend then I'd predict a Fax win by around 8. If we revert to the performance against Sheffield, then we'll get tonked!!

We're far from a one-man team but I do think we need Jonno fit and well for this one. Tbh, I'd leave him at full-back - Salty took his try well on the wing, and did loads of work coming inside to take the ball up. The combinations worked well against Leigh, but Conner has to step up and put in a performance on Saturday alongside captain fantastic on Saturday.

Just noticed that Fax are 9-1 to win on Saturday (Wakey 1-40!). Feels like a real "value" bet if you're so inclined. 24 points start for Fax if you fancy a more 50-50 bet.
