| Because it usually takes about twenty attempts involving twenty different people to get anything from Calderdale Council as they usually missplace the origunal enquirey or send the requested information to the wrong person.  |

Im really not sure why the town fans are getting giddy. Its not like either teams past can be painted in a great light.
Hopefully that stuff will be well and truly in the past now the deal for the Shay is edging closer and closer to completion.

Bet it's the person who has only had three posts or the other one who has one post on a similar thread.
What the letter doesn't say is why?
Have no fear, would a board which includes a bloke who has just improved us by £100.000 withhold rent without a reason.
Town fans stop throwing sheite, when it hits the fan it might be you who wished you had ducked.

Look up FOI requests they are posted publicly. Town not witholding rent - agreement I believe to lower rent due to incomplete shop.

If it's such a big deal then why aren't the council pursuing the club for the rent. While at the same time engaging with a director of the club over a possible sale of the stadium.
I doubt it's anything to worry about.

Has anyone contacted the 'Janet Morris' at the head of the notification to see if this document is genuine?
Also, how have they come by this document? Did they receive it by hand as it is dated today? Surely the Royal Mail aren't that quick?

The fact that such an amount is owed yet six labour councillors have been having secret negotiations with the debtors over an alleged cheap sell off of The Shay is very serious, perhaps even illegal.
Legal or not, now this is in the public domain the councillors positions are untenable, they must resign forthwith. |
