I'm a fan of Fax and the current setup they have

Why are we now considered good enough? I would like the RFL to explain how and why they consider us fit for SL but not last year. Personally I dont think we will be ready and think it stinks. Better to stay where we are and build properly for SL instead of being cannon fodder as the RFL rush us through to make up the numbers. Wood ruined us once and I feel if he wants us in SL this way it could ruin us again as everything will be rushed and not done properly. The board have done a great job but that job still needs to be finished properly and the club treated with respect from the RFL not just forced in to make up the numbers for the Sky contract or whatever.

Much as I am in agreement with this post, there is also the fact that, should these rumours have any truth behind them, then this could be the one and only opportunity for Fax to get back into the top flight.

Totally agree, unless we have suddenly got a big money backer, but we've been there before with that on more than one occasion!

There were rumours before that the money was there had we had been given a SL licence. Could have been a load of rubbish.

What a mockery of licensing it would make too - roundly slagged off last attempt to super league standard in a year! We're far too well run!

If there's any shred of decency, Bradford would drop out. However, decency and the RL don't go hand in hand.

Good luck to Halifax if they make it just hope you do it for the right reasons and not to make the RFL look good by kicking Bradford out

As for Halifax what is the club doing now that it didnt at the last application ? will now be the right time and will you have enough structures in place to compete. The appeal to play the big boys is there for everyone but been competative a this level must be better than getting hammered every week because you were not quite ready for S/L. Anyway you supporters and your BOD will know whether the time is right and is it too big to turn down good luck whatever your club decide only down side for me is that the matches like this Thursday will be missed by me as a Fev supporter
