Obviously we'd heard rumours and proposed dates, I looked at flights a few months ago and they were a small fortune so I ruled it out.
Now we have some solid opposition and dates, I had a look again and i've booked my flights...only because they were cheap though.
I guess another way of looking at it is that there's no pressure so you might see some free flowing expansive rugby...and the weather should be nice!

should be a stroll for all the english clubs as most of the overseas players at the french clubs will be absent so the 'competition' will be pretty meaningless except for a bit of bonding for the teams something all the Championship coaches enjoyed when visiting Toulouse none more so than both Karl Harrison and Mark Aston
according to a Toulouse spokesman a couple of days ago the game against Fax will go ahead on saturday 2nd june at Les Minimes though there is speculation both games will be held at the same venue - nothing has ben decided yet on the french side of the channel.

Completely agree. Can't see the English clubs playing anyone less than 100% either. I think the 'European Cup' is a good idea in theory, but needs to be much better organised (and a LOT further in advance).
