Has anybody read page 10 of todays League Express? Interview with Ned Catic about what went on at Barrow. I am just reading it now. Only read two paragraphs but Ned has already confirmed that Steve Deakin was sacked because he interfered with Des's team selection by dropping Rooney as he hadnt trained. However Des had money on him being top points scorer in that game so he fired Deakin.

Come on Casandra, you brought up the St Halens story and weren't happy when someone said it was nothing to do with Halifax.

I've got a copy but have only briefly skirted over the Catic articles so far. I'm glad that he's exposing a man who is clearly unfit to be involved in a professional sporting club in this country. If, that is, it's true.

Maybe Catic might be a Fax player next year.....He would bolster any team in the Championship.

I think he probably was and he forgets to put little smilies on it , although there should be one for irony as it seems certain posters get jumped on for mentioning other clubs and the thread gets locked.Why I don`t know as it is interesting reading about other clubs as Cassandra posted last time when someone said it should be on the VT .
