| I hear what you say, poor crowd and OK performances but like they say its not about the team performance. RL is right to say they have taken massive in roads in to onion land. More schools are playing league as oppose to onion - it can only help our game.

| And how much of the development in London is down to other clubs - the Skolars for example seem to have a great development programme as well.
Does London really need a team in SL to continue this development?

| clueless! We have a London team thats struggling to survive and Lewis talks about bringing in another. First where is this second London team and who is paying for it? Look at how many youngsters play for ENgland that are from Halifax! And there are many more on scholarships, academies and even playing first grade in the NRL.

Actually how much of schools and clubs playing RL is down to the Pro club in any area if we are honest? Not as much as we all think, most is down to money coming into the game from Sport England and other sources in education and health, nowt to do with Harlequins et al.
But Lewis will use any reason to justify why they game needs a team in London.
Look if the game was taking off and they were getting big crowds I would hold my hand up and say well done, but it aint and the crowds are pitiful for the size of London come on its huge.

so as a percentage of the population of the city i bet they get less than sheffield in our division who cant rely on away followings too much either.
so i think lewis should put 2 teams from sheffield in super league and call them the owls and the blades and watch them derby crowds pull in 1000 manybe 1500 for the big city derby

| You know, we super league fans are sick and tired of this small minded attitude towards the future development of our game.
And let's be honest with you, I'd rather go to London for a visit than some yorkshire backwater and that's really important for some reason.
In all seriousness good luck in August.

Who wants to be part of Super Sleaze, Dalton? A fast fading bag of garbage ...... 7k attendance for the "top of the table clash" last weekend ... what a joke. I sincerely hope Super Sleaze fails ... it stinks of rotten fish. Must be the only sport in the world where a club can get "promoted" no matter where they finish in the the league .... even if it's bottom. Embarrassing? You bet.
