time to go Matt sorry but you've lost the plot

Team has no Pride, No ideas and No discipline. We cant defend at all. These are all areas that Calland and co should be working on. I had doubts about Calland last year. But the last 2 weeks are for me the final straw. To concede 90 points against Hunslet and Leiggh at home is a disgrace.

The difference between us and Leigh was the players commitment, discipline and passion. We have a coach who is now reached what he can. Millward has moulded a team to play for each other and give near 100%. We need a coach like that and ASAP before we have another year with no trophy.

Get him and Hall out, soon, show some backbone BOD's

They have taken the club as far as they can, we are clueless and flawed. They are far too comfy and the players we have should be doing much better.

GET A COACH IN WHO UNDERSTANDS RUGBY LEAGUE COACHING AND MANAGEMENT.

I know we have only lost 3 games this season, but the manner of the last 2 defeats suggests that something is not right behind the scenes.

The board need to act now to salvage the season whlist there is time.

Up until now I have been reluctant to join in these threads but I now firmly believe that it is time for Calland to go. He has, arguably, the strongest squad in the Championship and is unable to make them play as a team. How many of the rumours are true I don't know but with stories of limited, half-hearted training and unhappy players etc. it does make you wonder if there is some truth in it. Whatever, he's had his chance and if we leave it until the end of the season it could well be too late. The BOD must act and NOW!

The Board must show they are committed to success, and do the right thing.
My days of being pragmatic are done. Enough is enough, Matt Callands days at Fax should be over very soon.

now i am embarresed by todays performance, i am not mad though with the team they were well beaten and they know that.

now there might be better coaches out there, the season has started though, who would come in now?

After last seasons losing streak I felt it was time, with our Newcastle-esque fall from grace, this year we have got worse, any coach would love the squad we have. We are devoid of ideas an tactics, Leigh knew what they were gonna do 2 tackles before they did it.
