Just had a look at that Shay Stadium web cam thing and I can't see a thing, it's pitch black! How daft is that, eh?

Are you sure they haven't just painted the Stand black?

Its good that the fiasco is finally drawing to a conclusion. It would be good to put in a new electonic scoreboard and maybe electronic advertising boards outside the ground.
I dont understand the capacity limit. What are the capacity for each of the stands?
We need to get the limit up to 12k by 2012, but maybe the lower capacity will help with the 40% rule, we need to average 4200 to gain that point, thats a big ask to increase our avaerage by 2k in this league.

The annex on the end needs to be used if possible, the shell will be there with maybe lighting/heating. It could be used as a dance academy for our cheerleader to give classes, or a rugby skills zone run by players/coaches for the kids on matchday. Pole dancing club could be part of the players win bonus, question is would it be on the cap?

well it was late at night n dark.

The structure in the corner was originally going to be the "conference centre". Presumably this would've had bars and restraunts incorporated within.
The scoreboard was originally going to fix to the splayed elevation of the conference centre. There is a couple of steel beams up near the roof intended to support it.
But since the re-design who knows where it's going to be.

if it aint going to be "done" till later & if we cant get a new score board put up there, Id rather it be used for advertising space, similar to what Arsenal did when they rebuilt the end of their stadium
