Fax are simply work in progress at the moment. i think next season when RM has settled in and has a chance to select his own side will determine where we are truly at and ramp up the expectation no doubt!
Just need be realistic this year and finsh as high as we can and start to build for a top four spot for next season.We are not that far off.

The board made a cracking decision in bringing RM in and Im sure nobody at the club would disagree. I can see him been a very good coach at the highest level. We will get better and with the odd tweak here and there the top 4 is still easily possible this year.

As the Bulls won can we assume that Rhino is a top class coach of the highest calibre.......or did we win despite him.

I got a text today from Prince Abdullah about yesterday's performance and it could have been the exact same text that I sent after the London game. We are getting there, but are just a couple of players short. Cheery Tree, shudds. Saltaire 4.9 % Mmm!

Agree we are a huge improvement on last year and as others have said just 2 or 3 players short of being a top 4 team, one half back and one winger for me are a must and soon!
Richard has got us playing better, we are fitter and much more attractive to watch this year.
This league is a very tough one as after Bradford and Leigh there are 5 or 6 teams going for the last 2 top 4 places us, Fev, London, Sheffield, Dewsbury and possibly Batley.

Stick with Marshall. He's the first coach we've seen with a gameplan that was really good as this level. Apart from the Leigh "punchup at every stoppage" gameplan. You dont have to lower yourself to their level...your a good rugby league team. Tough but fair. Keep it goin Fax

Yes need players for future not short term

I feel for Marshall thrown a load of players and told to make them into an attacking entertaining team,whilst we all know, that was never Harrisons style, so he would buy a team suited to his tactics 4 drives and then throw a few passes if that doesn`t produce a try, kick it.

But it will be interesting to see who he will bring in and who he releases come the end of season.

We've just been discussing exactly the same in a beer garden , every fan is going to have to accept this is by no means Richards squad, its competent and has potential to improve but may not be suited to what he wants to do.

Having said that, a couple of creative players could really make us kick on.

Disappointed with our kicking game today, the sun was asking for some high ball in the second half, but they dug in and kept going and it was an absolutely crucial win.

Fingers crossed some of the lads do see this year as an opportunity to be part of a club looking for momentum.

Finally, well done to Mitch for showing some real composure and not being a penalty machine, he shows promise, and well done to Alex Brown for putting some bad games behind him and doing the hard stuff and keeping it simple. Improvement, commitment, dedication and playing for each other, the Club, the Fans and themselves, is all we can ask.

I saw some mention on the forum about us having a penalty machine forward, was it Calahane they were talking about? I guess it cant be because he has been superb.
