| Said has returned to the UK to play for Whitehaven. I know his attitude was questioned at times but he was a great player for us and a fans favourite, wish we could have brought him back.
Also rumours that Fuifui Moimoi will be announced by Leigh on saturday. Would be a phenomenal signing for them despite his age. Wish we could have persuaded him, especially having seen him at the shay last year. Will be on some cash no doubt but would attract plenty interest too.

| With a decent pair of hands Said would have been a quality player but couldnt catch for toffee.
Moi Moi is a waste of cap space for Leigh that i doubt will have the bums on seats effect that they are probably hoping for. David Peachey anyone?

| 2 grand a week is the rumour I've heard, will be interesting to see what happens if it's true.

| I think we all over rated Said a little because he was a bit of a cult figure.
Remember Toulouse? "Said is a Yorkshire man"
Good luck to him, swapping Toulouse for Whitehaven in Feb, a brave step, hope he buys a pair of socks.

| Fui was a cult figure at Parra and gets that for his hard running style (George Standidge anyone?). Surprisingly didn't get much game time last season, even off the bench. Personally I think he will be a star for Leigh, but they won't get more than 30-40 mins out of him. Worth two grand a week, I reckon so. Good luck to him (except against Fax) as he's a real genuine bloke and loves his footy

| He's the sort of player who will put defences on the back foot and give Penky, Brierley and the rest a chance to really push forward, will be interesting to see, and see how we deal with it.

2 words- Dane Manning
I think it could be a Willie Mason moment, big man gets off the plane, doesnt play many games, doesn't do a lot, soon disappears. Hope not but who knows. Just hope he's not over here to swell his pension pot

Chuckles. ?. Go give your head a shake Special Brew if FFMM signs for Leyth, he'll be bricking it for cheap shot Pondlife Manning.

| If MoiMoi is on 2 grand a week, most of this would be compensated by shirt printing, wigs etc etc. Understand what people are stating about him, but he is in good shape and was a true NRL star. It is the Champioship, and to be fair I would agree with what most say if he signed for a SL club.
He sounds a real nice bloke and a genuine Joker. The overall feelgood factor of having someone like him helping some of the other forwards would be a joy to see.
A great addition to RL in general and hopefully will stay injury free to have 1 good season.

I'd suggest any southernhemisphere players over 30 that move to the UK or France are topping up their pensions to a degree, hopefully if we do see FFMM in a Leigh shirt in the Championship he will give his best
Generally the attitude of the south sea islanders is a good one, I'd guess that ' full on ' is the only way he can play,

Yes, you are going to sell £104k per year worth of shirts and wigs. Whats the salary cap again?

That's assuming that he is on 2 grand a week. Not sure we can fully trust a 'rumour' heard by a fax fan about the financial details for a player that is still in Australia and hasn't even been announced as signed yet. I would expect Moi Moi (if he has signed for us) to be on a similar wage to our other top forwards. Possibly a bit more as a 'big name'. Certainly not 104k a year

What an absolute t-at, w is the missing word, explain why you think pond life?
Yes it was wrong, in my humble opinion, but I tell you what, if Sam had hit Dane that hard, Dane wouldn't have laid down.
It's easy to "cheap shot" on a key board.

He was on $300k a year at Parra plus other endorsements. Had coaching and other options open to him, so doubt he will travel to the other side of the world for minimum wage. Most high profile Aussies who travel to play in RL in the UK openly admit they do so for the money. Two grand a week sounds about right for someone of Moi Moi's profile.
Just an aside, a Parra fan posted a couple of years ago that they had named their cat "Fui Fui Meow Meow". Made me smile. If he does sign for Leigh, just hope he doesn't end up being a pussycat.

| Answer 1 question honestly. Would you Fax fans want to see Moi Moi in your team in 2015?
