A lovely afternoon, a place in the next round at stake and where are they. Meadowhall probably.
How do they survive? A shared gate of 722, no wonder they will have to come in a taxi next week.

They get money thrown at them by the RFL every year....similar in fact to Bradford but Sheffield at least have some self respect

Probably was, but you haven't answered the point, how do they survive. Average gates of 2200 probably keep a club alive, they can cater for 1200 (your point) so how does a club like Sheffield survive on gates of 900 reduced to 722?

If only.
Poor crowd today, expected a few more to be honest but we always get smaller attendances when it's not a season ticket game. Crowds are up (on average) this year from last, we've broken 1200 for the season average so at least it's going in the right direction.
Was actually surprised to only see 1200 at Fax on Thursday. See you all next Sunday.
