Big mistake. They should have it open for this vital game.

1. It would take away the risk of any of the crowd problems that nearly got out of hand last time.

2. It would make the Shay look more like a fully used ground with the cameras showing 3 sides in use.

3. It would better show the amount of support for each side and allow the teams to hear their own supporters vocal support.

4. It will be the last game of the season at the Shay and at the end of the game, win or lose, it would be better for both sides to be apart and allow fans and players to applaud each other and celebrate an enjoyable and hopefully successful season together.

Come on Fax and council, get your hand in your pockets and pay the extra stewards and open up the North Stand. If Sky block the usual away entrance, let Fev use the top Hunger Hill entrance.

I would strongly urge Fax to reconsider this if true. It sends out bad signals and will spoil the atmosphere for peaceful adults and children, the family game aspect is spoilt when everyone has to listen to atrocious language and intimidating young louts who have just started drinking.

After the last time I also think the north stand should be open. Come on fax, listen to the fans this time round!!

I think it should be open as last time fev came it was getting a bit heated and they will hopefully bring more fans this time so it could get a bit ugly,so surely it makes sense to open it

Lets hope they can put a strong case forward then, its worth a few extra quid. customer should be king.

was not open last time fax was on sky due to the sky trucks parking.
it should be opened with access from hunger hill.
for a match as important as this, our younger fans/fev fans get a bit boisterous when lose or win so for safety it should be open.

Course they do as its Fax who would have to pay the extra stewards.

Unfortunately we usually only get 20 away supporters so no.

defo should open the north stand on thurs, not only does it make for a better spectacle, but would also nip any sillyness in the stands in the bud....

fev sold 300 tickets in advance for widnes...so you would imagine theyl bring the same or more on thurs....

Got to open the North stand for me. Fev, like us and a few other clubs do have their fair share of idiots which nearly erupted last time we played them. Come on Fax, we dont need the hassle TBH!
