The statement from the BoD states HRMC liabilities have been settled, why then are they still having to go to the High Court?

It appears to me that we are paying the minimum required to keep going with a payment plan of how it will be fully settled eventually..

Hopefully it's not the same situation at Halifax and you manage to come through these problems.
