It is disappointing to have missed out on a number of targets but at least it shows the club are trying to address some of our weak spots while working within our budget. I think someone mentioned a centre from Swinton which we missed out on to Fev Jayden Hatton i think his name was.

It was his birthday a few days ago and had a pre booked holiday scheduled with his family.

This was put on Fax's website at the time of the suspension:

"Zack McComb was found guilty of Grade F verbal abuse in a recent Betfred Championship fixture during tonight’s RFL tribunal hearing. He has been suspended for eight matches, and fined £500.

We’ll be launching our own internal disciplinary investigation as per our club policies and procedures. Neither the club nor the player will be making any further statement until this investigation is concluded"

Incidentally it was indeed Zack's birthday, as faxcar has pointed out, last Monday and he was 29.

Suppose it's all in keeping with all the other bull going on at the club this season...

Unusual for a player to be allowed to book a holiday in season unless its on a free week.

Especially when a free trip to the south of France is on the cards!
