No clubs have played in Toulouse BUT Widnes and Swinton had to play their away games against Toulouse at Heywood Road. In fairness both these games should be stricken from the records as it will have lowered their win percentage. It would not affect Swinton's league position but it would move Widnes above Sheffield.

I don't think they were due to play them at Home though, this years fixtures meant that not every team played each other Home and Away, e.g. we don't play York or London away. The fact that they were due to play Toulouse away only but was changed to a Home fixture was maybe an advantage....of some sort. With Toulouse remaining away fixtures, it will mean they have then played everyone - all away - so seems fair to me.

Fairest way is to ban Toulouse from the play offs but we can take as many of their players as we want on a half day loan when we play Featherstone.

Yes you get the feeling RL have conjured something up for this season's special exemptions . Leigh are nailed on to be bottom yet are still bringing in players so someone has got wind of something .
