The squad is shaping up really nicely and we look to have strength in depth. In an ideal world I guess I'd like another big prop and a centre but other than that we have made some useful signings. It will be interesting to see how Marshall handles a big squad as the last time he had so many players at his disposal it was a bit of a disaster.

Using DR would be a smack in the face to our reserve lads and every player at Fax.

Is there still a possibility of signing Will Maher permanently, as he loved it at Fax and don't think he'll ever become a 1st team Cas player. And will Baldwinson cut it at Wakey?

How did we afford to take Leighs top earner? Is it possible that they're still paying part of his wages in order to get him off their books?

I thought Acton was their biggest earner. I'm probably wrong but I thought that Larroyer stuck to his guns to ensure that he got what contract money he was owed. Can't blame him, especially after what happened to him at HKR

That’s how I understand it as well Charlie, just a strong rumour at this time, we’ll just have to wait and see.

What I will say is that I very much doubt he will be staying at Leigh and that I don’t see many SL clubs queueing up for his services.
