I’ve been critical of the BOD in the past, but I think the signings are a big positive and they have done well. That doesn’t mean I wouldn’t say yes to a couple more...if the money is there.
On the PR front they have to convince people who don’t buy season tickets and those that don’t go to games to spend money upfront. This is a tough ask but as others have said good momentum will help get some of the first group to part with cash.
To get old, casual, and new fans to part with cash upfront is a challenge no club has cracked yet. Our aim must be to get them through gates game by game, and that means on the field success and quality of performance.
I agree with HXS no real incentive to buy a S/T to save on one game with people working shifts sickness holidays etc.
Certainly more creative/flexible ways of selling tickets is the way to go.
